Julie’s Fancy Feet Dance Academy is a premier dance school located in York, South Carolina. Founded in 2008 by Julie and Edwin Brown, the school has become a staple of the local dance community, offering classes in various styles of dance including Ballroom, Latin, Swing, Hip Hop, and more.

Our Classes

Ballroom Dance

Ballroom dance is a type of partner dance that is popular all over the world. Our ballroom dance classes focus on the Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep, and Viennese Waltz.

Latin Dance

Latin dance is a type of partner dance that originated in Latin America. Our Latin dance classes focus on the Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive.

Swing Dance

Swing dance is a type of partner dance that originated in the United States. Our swing dance classes focus on the Lindy Hop, Charleston, and East Coast Swing.

Hip Hop Dance

Hip hop dance is a type of street dance that originated in the United States. Our hip hop dance classes focus on the basic techniques of hip hop dance, as well as the latest dance moves and trends.

Other Classes

We also offer classes in Ballet, Tap, and Jazz.
