JF Dance is the premier ballroom dance studio in Lawrence, Kansas. We specialize in teaching all forms of ballroom, including traditional, Latin, and competitive dancing. Our experienced instructors will help you learn the basics, refine your technique, and even prepare you for competitions. We offer classes for all ages and skill levels, from beginner to advanced.

Our History

JF Dance was founded in 2008 by John and Francesca Fierro, two passionate ballroom dancers with a shared vision of bringing the joy of ballroom dancing to Lawrence. Since then, JF Dance has grown to become one of the premier ballroom dance studios in the area. Our instructors have decades of combined experience in ballroom dancing, and specialize in helping our students reach their goals.

Our Classes

At JF Dance, we offer a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels. Our beginner classes are designed to teach the basics of ballroom dancing, from posture and footwork to leading and following. We also offer intermediate and advanced classes that focus on refining technique and preparing for competitions. We also offer private lessons for those who want to focus on a specific skill or style.

Our Events

At JF Dance, we are committed to providing our students with a variety of events and activities. We host regular social dances, where our students can practice their skills in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We also host competitions throughout the year, where our students can show off their skills and compete against other dancers.

Our Location

JF Dance is conveniently located at 512 E 9th St, Lawrence, KS 66044. Our studio is fully equipped with a sprung dance floor, mirrors, and sound system. We also have a lounge area where our students can relax and socialize before and after classes.

Our Schedule and Contacts
