Our History

Idea Factory, Inc. Dance Studio from Arden was founded in 2008 by two experienced dancers and choreographers, John and Susan Smith. With over 30 years of combined experience in the dance industry, the Smiths wanted to create a space where people of all ages and abilities could come together and learn to dance.

Since its inception, Idea Factory has grown to become one of the most respected and acclaimed dance schools in the area. Our instructors are highly trained professionals who are dedicated to helping our students reach their fullest potential. We offer a wide variety of classes, from beginner to advanced, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, tap, and more.

Our Facilities

Idea Factory, Inc. Dance Studio from Arden is located in the heart of Arden, North Carolina. Our facility features two large studios, a lobby, and a changing area. Our studios are equipped with top-of-the-line sound systems and lighting, as well as a variety of props and equipment for all of our classes.

Our Programs

Our Schedule and Contacts

Our studio is open Monday through Friday from 1-9 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM-1 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
