Our Mission

At I Resolve Fitness, our mission is to provide an enjoyable, safe, and supportive environment for everyone to learn and practice ballroom dancing. We strive to help our students grow in confidence and proficiency as they master the steps and techniques of ballroom dancing. We also strive to create a community of dancers of all ages and skill levels, and to foster an appreciation for the art and culture of ballroom dancing.

Our Instructors

At I Resolve Fitness, we are proud to have a team of experienced, certified instructors. Our instructors have a passion for teaching and inspiring others to learn and appreciate ballroom dancing. They have years of experience teaching different dance styles and techniques, and are able to provide personalized instruction to every student. The instructors at I Resolve Fitness are committed to helping our students reach their goals and have a great time while doing it.

Our Classes

I Resolve Fitness offers a wide range of classes for a variety of dance styles, including Waltz, Foxtrot, Swing, and Latin dances. Our classes are designed to help students of all ages and skill levels learn the basics and improve their technique. We also offer private lessons for couples and individuals, as well as group classes for special events and weddings.

Our Facility

I Resolve Fitness is located in the heart of Spartanburg at 449 E Main St. Our studio is equipped with a large dance floor, mirrors, and sound system. We also provide changing rooms and a lounge area for students to relax before and after classes.

Schedule and Contacts
