I love going to Honey Groove Studio! I have taken a variety of classes over the years and have appreciated all the instructors and fellow students. The studio is clean, inviting, and intimate. These classes are the only time I have ever really enjoyed working out because I have so much fun that I don't realize how hard I'm actually working. Classes are easy to schedule online, which is a huge plus!

I highly recommend this class! I've taken multiple workout classes boxing, zumba, yoga and this was by far the most fun. The studio was nice, clean and spacious. Jennifer was patient and really helpful. It was a great workout for any shape size or fitness level. She had me feeling like a pro by the end of the class. I will definately be going back

Amazing staff, very supportive environment, very centered on a fitness and safety-centric warm-up. The staff is very detail oriented and beginner friendly. I NEVER felt like I was left to just “monkey see, monkey do” here or felt like I was hurting myself from not warming up. I can’t say the same about other studios, so I appreciated it.

Wonderful and welcoming studio. The owner is committed to making pole accessible to everyone and it shows!! Instructors do a great job of meeting the needs of each student in a dynamic and friendly environment. Safety is also a priority here and the instructors have professional certifications.
