I’ve been coming to Heartbeat House for over a year and love the mat Pliates, cardio twerk, HIIT, sculpt, and stretch classes. All of the sessions are inclusive and non-intimidating; instructors are encouraging and attentive; and community is open and supportive. I actually look forward to working out! The space is also super comfy and prices are very reasonable and won’t break the bank.

Heartbeat House is a truly special studio. I love the diversity in the classes and members. Everyone who works and attends the studio is so sweet. I’ve been going to Heartbeat House for about 15 years now. It is, and has always been, a welcoming space with great instructors and cool people all around. The classes are so much fun and always a good workout. I’ve met so many wonderful people, several are now good friends, through HBH 💜
