Heart & Sole Dance Studio is a premier dance school located in Waterbury, Connecticut. Founded in 1995, the studio has become a leader in the dance world, offering a wide variety of classes for all ages and skill levels. We strive to create a welcoming and encouraging environment for our students to learn and grow in their craft.

At Heart & Sole Dance Studio, our mission is to provide quality dance instruction in a safe and nurturing environment. We strive to foster a sense of community and belonging among our students, while also providing them with the technical and artistic skills necessary to become successful dancers. We believe that everyone has the potential to become a great dancer, and we are committed to helping our students reach their goals.

Classes at Heart & Sole Dance Studio

Heart & Sole Dance Studio offers a wide variety of classes for all ages and skill levels. From beginner classes to advanced classes, we have something for everyone. Our classes include:

Ballet

We offer a range of ballet classes for both children and adults. Our classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of ballet technique and artistry, while also fostering an appreciation for the beauty of the art form.

Jazz

Our jazz classes focus on the fundamentals of jazz technique, while also exploring the creative and improvisational aspects of the style. We offer classes for both children and adults.

Tap

Our tap classes focus on rhythm and sound, and teach students the fundamentals of tap technique. We offer classes for both children and adults.

Hip-Hop

Our hip-hop classes focus on the fundamentals of hip-hop technique, while also exploring the creative aspects of the style. We offer classes for both children and adults.

Contemporary

Our contemporary classes focus on the fundamentals of contemporary technique, while also exploring the creative and improvisational aspects of the style. We offer classes for both children and adults.

Our instructors have a wide range of experience in the dance world, and are well-versed in a variety of styles and techniques.
