I took an intro class with the wonderful ladies here. I was so nervous about all the things. But immediately the instructor and other students put me at ease. They were so encouraging, cheering one another on, and talking and laughing. I forgot we were exercising! Until the next day of course when I felt like I had exercised every muscle I had ever forgotten. Wonderful experience I think every woman should try at least once!

Head over heels is a home away from home for me. The instructors are so patient and supportive and the other class members are friendly and encouraging to one another. This is a great place to get out of your comfort zone while also breaking through a stressful personal life ALL while getting a great work out. If you haven’t tried a class, you’re missing out!

I have to say that this is the most feminine, challenging, and empowering hobby I have ever done. This place and the staff are friendly and each of them make sure that your experience at each class is the best and that you challenge your body and mind. I love Stephanie who is the owner! I come out of each class with a sense of accomplishment.
