Groove207 is exactly what I needed in my life! It’s a chance to have fun, laugh, move my body, learn a great routine, and be with a welcoming, fun group of people. The choreography is always great, and the instructors are patient, kind, and always have a smile on their faces. I love the people I’ve met through the classes and I look forward to it every time!

My friend and I went to Val's beginner hip hop class last night and we had so much fun! We used to dance competitively but haven't taken a class in about 8 years. It was just the right level of challenging–fast paced but not too fast for a beginner. Val is a great instructor, and we will definitely be back!

My friend and I signed up for all-level hip hop to try something new and to get myself moving since I’ve been pretty sedentary. It was fun! I wasn’t as fluid and coordinated as the instructor but I was very proud of myself afterwards. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable.

Had a blast at my 1st hip hop class last Thurs; Haley was very patient, even though I kept moving my wrong arm w/the wrong leg. Didn't matter, though; I learned a ton & had fun while I got some exercise. Will be back this week.
