Genesee Dance Theatre from Perry is a ballet school located in Perry, New York. Established in 1985, Genesee Dance Theatre has been providing quality ballet instruction to students of all ages and backgrounds for over 35 years. We offer classes in classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern, and hip-hop, as well as classes in other dance forms. Our highly trained and experienced instructors are dedicated to helping each student reach their fullest potential.

At Genesee Dance Theatre, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment for our students to learn and grow. Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire each student, while also building confidence and self-esteem. We believe in teaching proper technique and inspiring creativity, while also having fun.

Classes

Genesee Dance Theatre offers a variety of classes for all ages and levels. Our classes are divided into three categories: Pre-Ballet, Ballet, and Jazz/Contemporary.

Our Pre-Ballet classes are designed for children ages 3-5 and are a great introduction to the world of dance. These classes focus on developing coordination, rhythm, and basic technique. They are fun and engaging, and provide a great foundation for future dance classes.

Our Ballet classes are designed for students ages 6 and up. These classes focus on proper technique and form, and are designed to challenge and inspire each student. We also offer classes in other dance forms, such as jazz, contemporary, modern, and hip-hop.

Our Jazz/Contemporary classes are designed for students ages 12 and up. These classes focus on expression and artistry, and are designed to help students explore their creativity.

At Genesee Dance Theatre, we are proud to have a highly trained and experienced faculty. Our instructors are dedicated to helping each student reach their fullest potential.
