About Gainesville Dance Center

Gainesville Dance Center was founded in 2020 by Jody Burdette, a professional dancer and choreographer. Jody has been teaching dance for over 20 years, and is passionate about creating an environment that is welcoming and encouraging to all levels of experience.

At the Gainesville Dance Center, we strive to provide a high quality dance education to our students, while also fostering a sense of community and fun. Our classes are taught by experienced, professional instructors who are dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential.

Gainesville Dance Center offers a wide range of classes for all ages and levels of experience. Our classes include:

• Ballet: Our ballet classes are designed to help students develop strength, flexibility, and technique. We offer classes for both children and adults, and our instructors are experienced in both traditional and contemporary styles.

• Jazz: Our jazz classes are designed to help students explore their creativity and develop their own unique style. We offer classes for both children and adults, and our instructors are experienced in both traditional and contemporary styles.

Dance Company

In addition to our classes, we also offer a professional dance company. Our company is made up of experienced dancers who are dedicated to creating and performing high quality, innovative works. We perform at various events throughout the year, and we are always looking for new members.
