Super fun lessons, parties and events! Excellent exercise for your brain and body. Newlyweds, empty-nesters and retirees – dancing is a wonderful, easy and fun couple experience or hobby. Lessons are well-paced, 20-40 minutes, so they are not overwhelming and they are the perfect anniversary present! Instructors Darina, Dima, and AJ are extremely knowledgable, enthusiastic and patient. Add some fun to your life!

10/10 As someone who has never taken a dance class in her life I was really nervous about trying it but I am so glad I did. The instructors are extremely kind, helpful and delightful to be around. They make learning ridiculously easy. I have so much fun coming to class and I always leave in a fantastic mood. You are missing out if you never try one of their classes.

What a wonderful experience with Fred Astaire dance 💃 studio in Winston Salem!!! AJ was absolutely amazing!!! He was able to teach us our wedding dance in just 2 short weeks! And we had no prior dance experience!! It was so much fun! And my husband has 2 left feet 😆. We look forward to learning so many more dances!! Roomba, the swing, fox trot and the Tango!!

From starting in the introduction class. I've learned a couple steps and so far it's going well. The instructor is extremely nice. I've learn Latin dances. Bachata, Salsa, Rumba, and Cumbia. I can't wait to step on the dance floor and take a girl out to dance🙃
