Doreen’s Dance Center is a dance school located in Colchester, Connecticut. Founded in 1979, the school has been providing quality dance instruction for over 40 years and is known for its strong emphasis on technique, creativity, and fun. The school offers a variety of classes, including Ballroom, Gymnastics, Physical Fitness, and Preschool classes.

Classes Offered at Doreen’s Dance Center

Ballroom

At Doreen’s Dance Center, we offer a variety of Ballroom classes for all levels. Our classes are designed to help students develop their technique and confidence, while having a great time. We offer classes in Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango, Viennese Waltz, and other popular Ballroom dances.

Gymnastics

Our Gymnastics program is designed to help students develop their flexibility, strength, and coordination. We offer classes in tumbling, floor exercise, balance beam, and more. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping students reach their goals and have fun in the process.

Physical Fitness

Our Physical Fitness program is designed to help students develop their strength, endurance, and flexibility. We offer classes in cardio, strength training, and stretching. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping students reach their fitness goals and have fun in the process.

Preschool

At Doreen’s Dance Center, we offer a variety of Preschool classes for children ages 3-5. Our classes are designed to help children develop their coordination, balance, and flexibility. We offer classes in creative movement, ballet, tap, and more. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping children have fun while learning the basics of dance.
