This was my first time joining my son for the African Dance classes at this location. It was fast paced but I enjoyed the portion I could keep up with. It is a family affair so be ready to join the family as they invite you to other dance class locations. They like to hang out after class sometimes too. I think I will be doing the virtual class with them for a while until I get caught up on the dance moves.

All the people who work for Dance Exchange love participatory contemporary dance – dancing and fostering opportunities for everyone to be involved in dancing. This is a good thing if you like dance and like dancing! It's even more of a good thing if you like it, but don't know how to get involved – helping people in the community get involved in dancing is the reason for and business of the Dance Exchange.

Amazing dance studio that is run by a great staff who are warm and welcoming to all. Studios are beautiful and fantastic to dance in, with Marley/spring floors, and big open spaces with no columns. The main studio is a dancer's dream to dance in, huge!
