The Dance Alliance of the Pikes Peak Region (DAPPR) is a non-profit organization based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. It is dedicated to promoting and preserving the art of dance in the Pikes Peak region. DAPPR offers a variety of dance classes, workshops, and events that provide a platform for students of all ages to explore and develop their skills.

History

DAPPR was founded in 1976 by a group of passionate dancers who wanted to share their love of dance with the community. Since then, the organization has grown to include a wide variety of classes and events for all ages.

Mission

DAPPR’s mission is to promote the art of dance in the Pikes Peak region by providing high-quality classes and events for all ages. We strive to bring the joy of dance to everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience.

Classes and Events

DAPPR offers a variety of classes and events for all ages and skill levels. We offer classes in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, ballroom, and more. Our classes are taught by experienced instructors who are passionate about teaching and sharing their love of dance.

In addition to classes, we also offer workshops, performances, and special events. Our workshops focus on different styles of dance and provide an opportunity for students to learn and practice new techniques. Our performances feature our students and instructors and provide a platform for them to showcase their talents. Our special events are open to the public and provide an opportunity for everyone to experience the joy of dance.
