The Colorado Ballet Society (CBS) is a dance school and ballet school located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Founded in 1957, CBS has been providing quality dance instruction to students of all ages and levels for over 60 years. CBS offers a variety of classes, from beginner to advanced levels, in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, modern, and contemporary dance. The school also has a competitive dance team, a dance company, and a dance store.

History

The Colorado Ballet Society was founded in 1957 by a group of dedicated dance professionals who wanted to bring quality dance instruction to the people of Colorado. Since then, CBS has grown to become one of the most respected dance schools in the United States.

Mission

The mission of the Colorado Ballet Society is to provide quality dance instruction in a safe and nurturing environment. We strive to create a positive learning experience for all of our students, regardless of their age or level of experience. We believe in creating an atmosphere of respect and appreciation for all forms of dance.

Classes

At the Colorado Ballet Society, we offer a variety of classes for students of all ages and levels. Our classes include ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, modern, and contemporary dance. We also offer competitive dance team classes, as well as private lessons for those who wish to take their dance training to the next level.

Dance Company

The Colorado Ballet Society also has a professional dance company. The company performs throughout the year at various events and venues. The company is made up of experienced dancers who are dedicated to bringing the highest quality of dance to their audiences.

Dance Store

In addition to our dance classes, we also have a dance store. Our store carries a wide variety of dancewear, shoes, and accessories. We also offer custom-made dance costumes and other special orders.

The Colorado Ballet Society is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 8:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
