Classical Ballet Academy and Theatre (CBAT) is a dance school located in Daphne, Alabama. Founded in 2011, CBAT has been providing the highest quality dance instruction in the area for over nine years. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for all dancers to learn and grow. We strive to create a community of dedicated dancers, parents, and teachers who are passionate about the art of dance.

Our Programs

At CBAT, we offer a variety of classes for dancers of all ages and levels. Our classes include ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, musical theatre, and acrobatics. We also offer private lessons for those who wish to focus on their technique and skill development. In addition to our classes, we have an extensive performance program that includes our annual Nutcracker and other seasonal productions.

Our Facility

Our facility is located in Daphne, Alabama and is equipped with four spacious studios, a large lobby, and a costume shop. Our studios are equipped with sprung floors and professional sound and lighting systems, allowing for the highest quality of instruction. Our costume shop is stocked with a variety of costumes for our productions, as well as for our students to rent for their own performances.

Our Staff

At CBAT, we are proud to have a highly qualified and experienced staff. Our instructors are all professionally trained and certified in their respective disciplines. We also have a team of experienced and knowledgeable costume designers, set designers, and production staff to ensure that every production is of the highest quality.

At CBAT, we believe that dance is more than just a physical activity. We strive to create a community of dedicated dancers, parents, and teachers who are passionate about the art of dance. We have a strong commitment to the development of our students both on and off the stage. We offer a variety of workshops and classes to help our students develop their skills and knowledge in a variety of areas.

Schedule and Contacts

Classical Ballet Academy and Theatre is open Monday through Friday from 4-7:30 PM, Tuesday and Thursday from 4-8 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM-2:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
