Central Dance Academy is a premier dance school located in Le Mars, Iowa. Our mission is to provide high-quality dance instruction in a supportive and encouraging environment. We offer a variety of classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced, in ballet, ballroom, hip hop, and other forms of dance. Our instructors are experienced and certified professionals who are passionate about dance and committed to helping our students achieve their goals.

History

Central Dance Academy was founded in 2011 by professional dancer and choreographer, Shannon Johnson. Shannon has been a passionate dancer since she was a child. She has trained and performed in various styles of dance, including ballet, ballroom, jazz, and hip hop. After years of teaching and performing, Shannon decided to open her own school and share her love of dance with others.

Programs

Central Dance Academy offers a variety of classes for all ages and levels. Our classes are designed to help students develop their skills, build confidence, and have fun.

Dance School

Our dance school provides a wide range of classes for students of all ages. We offer classes in ballet, ballroom, hip hop, jazz, and other styles of dance. Ballet School

Our ballet school is dedicated to providing high-quality instruction in classical ballet. Our classes are designed to help students develop their technique, artistry, and performance skills. We offer classes for all levels, from beginner to advanced.

Ballroom Dance Instructor

Our ballroom dance instructor offers private and group lessons in a variety of styles, including waltz, cha cha, tango, and swing. Our instructor is an experienced and certified professional who is passionate about ballroom dancing and committed to helping our students achieve their goals.

Dance Company

Our dance company is dedicated to providing high-quality performances for the community. We offer a variety of shows, from traditional ballet and ballroom to hip hop and jazz. Our performances are designed to entertain, inspire, and educate.

Hip Hop Dance Class

Our hip hop dance class is designed for students of all ages and levels. Our classes are taught by experienced and certified instructors who are passionate about hip hop and committed to helping our students achieve their goals.

Facilities

Central Dance Academy is located in a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. Our studio is equipped with a professional sound system, full-length mirrors, and sprung floors. We also have a comfortable waiting area for parents and spectators.

Schedule and Contacts

Central Dance Academy is open Monday through Wednesday from 3:30-9:45 PM, Thursday from 3:30-8:30 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM-12 PM. We are closed on Fridays and Sundays.
