The Carroll-Henderson School of Irish Dancing is a dance school located in Missoula, Montana. Founded in 2000 by instructors and dancers Joe Carroll and Janice Henderson, the school has become one of the most respected Irish dance schools in the United States.

History

The Carroll-Henderson School of Irish Dancing was founded in 2000 by Joe Carroll and Janice Henderson. Joe Carroll is a highly experienced Irish dancer who has been dancing since he was a child. He is a certified Irish Dance Teacher and is a member of the Irish Dance Teacher’s Association of North America. Janice Henderson is a trained dancer and choreographer who has been teaching Irish dance for over 20 years.

The school has grown steadily over the years and is now one of the most respected Irish dance schools in the United States. The school offers classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced, and offers a variety of classes and workshops for both children and adults.

Classes

The Carroll-Henderson School of Irish Dancing offers classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Beginner classes focus on basic steps and technique, as well as basic Irish dance moves and choreography. Intermediate classes focus on more complex moves and choreography, as well as solo and group performances. Advanced classes focus on advanced technique, solo and group choreography, and competitive Irish dancing.

The school also offers workshops and seminars for both children and adults. These workshops and seminars focus on specific Irish dance techniques and styles, and are designed to help dancers improve their skills and knowledge.

Competitions

The Carroll-Henderson School of Irish Dancing is a member of the Irish Dance Teachers Association of North America (IDTANA) and participates in IDTANA-sanctioned competitions. The school also participates in local competitions, as well as regional and national competitions.
