Went in to buy a gift for my girlfriend who is returning to ballet after a decade. I was helped by Martin, who was incredibly helpful and generous. He was very patient in explaining the things Ive never heard of, or have ever even thought about. I am grateful for the experience and I plan on coming back to buy a pair of leather shoes this week. Girls 1st pointe shoes.. Made an appointment for fitting the day of for 2 girls. Awesome and professional staff. The girls on site today 1/4 at 6pm, were very helpful to the parents and dancers who knew nothing about pointe shoes. Thank you! We would refer this place to anyone and we will return for sure. Make sure you make an appointment if you plan on getting fitted..

This dance supply store is chic, beautifully maintained, and well stocked. I personally prefer Bloch as a woman of color because they carry the skin color tones shoes for African Americans as other dance stores do not. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable for dance supplies.

This is a great place to quickly pickup anything one needs for dance near Lincoln center. Picked up leotards for my girls to wear for a school show and they had plenty of options in stock. Not overly expensive- appropriate pricing and good quality stuff.
