Baltimore Ballet is a ballet school, dance company, and performing arts group based in Cockeysville, Maryland. Founded in 1999 by director and choreographer, Amanda Heim, Baltimore Ballet has been providing quality instruction and performance opportunities in the art of ballet for over 20 years.

History

Baltimore Ballet was founded in 1999 by Amanda Heim, a former dancer and choreographer who had a passion for ballet and wanted to share her knowledge and love of the art form with others. She began the school with a small group of dancers and has since grown it into a well-respected and highly regarded ballet school.

Mission

Baltimore Ballet’s mission is to provide quality instruction and performance opportunities in the art of ballet to students of all ages and abilities. The school strives to create a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.

Programs and Classes

Baltimore Ballet offers a wide variety of classes and programs for students of all ages and abilities. The school offers classes in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and tap, as well as performance opportunities in the form of recitals and competitions.
