Ballet Mississippi is a ballet school located in Jackson, Mississippi. Founded in 1980, Ballet Mississippi is committed to providing quality training in the art of ballet to students of all ages and abilities. Ballet Mississippi is the only professional ballet company in Mississippi and is dedicated to promoting the art of ballet in the state.

The school offers a variety of classes for students of all ages and levels, from pre-ballet classes for toddlers to advanced classes for teens and adults. Ballet Mississippi also offers a full range of performance opportunities, from local performances to international tours.

Classes

Ballet Mississippi offers a variety of classes for students of all ages and levels. The school offers classes for children as young as two years old in pre-ballet, as well as classes for teens and adults in beginning, intermediate, and advanced ballet.

The school also offers classes in modern dance, jazz, tap, and hip-hop. All classes are taught by experienced and qualified instructors.

Performances

Ballet Mississippi offers a full range of performance opportunities for its students. The school participates in local performances throughout the year, as well as international tours.

The school also hosts its own annual performance, the Ballet Mississippi Spring Spectacular, which is held each spring in Jackson. This performance is a celebration of the art of ballet and features performances by both the professional company and student dancers.
