What started as a Christmas gift of 5 lessons with Lyuda has turned into two years now. Lyuda is an awesome instructor, has a phenomenal personality and makes each lesson fun. She has taught us so many dances beginning with the foundation and progressing with more complex steps when we’re ready. Using a combination of all she’s taught us, she choreographed our very special wedding dance. We throughly enjoy each and every week.

My dance partner/husband and I drive here regularly from Greensboro, NC, a 2 hours drive to take lessons with Vitaliy and Lyuda. They are excellent teachers and very personable. They have a solid knowledge base that they share with approachability and enthusiasm. One of the best floors that we have danced on. We enjoy interacting with the other teachers and students as well; a social, amicable, welcoming environment.

Lyuda (pronounced "lew-duh") is hands down the best! Knowledgeable and customized our dance based on our song, crowd size, floor size, and skill set. Made learning a breeze! Ask for her by name!

I have loved learning to dance from Ballantyne Ballroom for the last two years!!!! All the instructor’s are amazing!!! They love teaching people to dance!!! I highly recommend going there!!!!
