I had wanted to take Irish dance classes and I love it! It's a nice workout and a mental challenge as well. I would recommend the beginning adult class for anyone who wants to get their workout with dance moves in an atmosphere of acceptance and camaraderie.

Our daughters both attend Armstrong Irish Dance Academy since last year & they both absolutely LOVE it! They love their teacher Ms. Sarah so much and they are learning so much! It’s a pleasure to watch them grow in their dance skills at AIDA!

We love Mrs. Sarah! My son is neurodivergent and she is always so patient with him and kind to him! He loves going to dance! As a dance teacher myself, I can say she has some of the best technically trained dancers!

Sarah is a phenomenal teacher for all ages. She’s great at keeping younger kids engaged and learning. Classes are fun and educational. We love being a part of the AIDA family and community.
