Our Classes

Our Facilities

Adamas Dance is located in a spacious, state-of-the-art facility in Nashville. Our facility is equipped with a professional dance studio, complete with a sprung floor and mirrors. We also have a dressing room, a lounge area, and a snack bar.

Our Events

At Adamas Dance, we host a variety of events throughout the year. These include workshops, master classes, and performances. We also host special events such as birthday parties and corporate events.

Schedule and Contact Information

Adamas Dance is open for classes and events Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We are closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
