They opened the Academy in a small studio in Portage, Michigan and began offering classes in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, and contemporary dance.

Over the years, the Academy has grown and expanded its offerings to include classes in ballroom, Latin, and swing dance, as well as classes in dance fitness and dance technique. The Academy also offers workshops and master classes with guest instructors from around the country. The Academy has become well-known for its high-quality instruction and its commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for its students and staff.
