AATMA was founded by brothers Prashant and Prashanth Pillai, two professional dancers and choreographers who have been involved in the dance community for over 20 years. In 2011, Prashant and Prashanth decided to open AATMA, a dance school that would offer classes in Indian classical, Bollywood, and contemporary dance.
