Instructors: Louise & Paul Giuliano Albany Dancesport Club Open to those who are interested in Dancesport (not social) dancing technique and routines. Monday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, except when Pasha and Daniella are in town. Dances to be covered: Rumba/Waltz, Cha Cha/Quickstep, Samba/Foxtrot. If you have always wondered if there was something beyond social dancing, this is the opportunity for you! COREganize 360 Workshops Instructor: Benito Garcia *Dance Tune-Up* is a program designed by a dancer for dancers that focuses on quality of movement, body awareness and balance. *Hands & Foot Therapy* program is one of our most popular workshops and receives unbelievable reviews. Using various size compression balls, we teach you how to release tension in your hands and feet, which [immediately] improves your balance, awareness, and connection to your sport, activity, or partner. 6:00pm -9:15pm: Only four slots of 45-minute Private Coaching sessions, $140 each, by Benito Garcia are available on a first come first served basis.
