Afinke Dance Company is a salsa classes and dance school located in Hackensack, New Jersey. The company was founded in 2020 by the passionate dancer, Afinke, and since then has been teaching people of all ages and backgrounds the art of salsa. Afinke Dance Company offers a wide range of classes, from beginner to advanced, as well as private lessons and group classes.

Our Mission

At Afinke Dance Company, our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment for everyone to learn and experience the joys of salsa dancing. We strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance and understanding, and to foster a sense of community among our students. Our goal is to help our students develop a deeper appreciation for the art of salsa dancing, and to help them become the best dancers they can be.

Our Classes

Afinke Dance Company offers a variety of classes for all levels. Our classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of salsa dancing, as well as to give our students the opportunity to explore and develop their own individual style. Our classes include:

• Beginner Salsa: This class is designed for those who have never danced salsa before, or who are looking to brush up on their basics.

• Intermediate Salsa: This class is perfect for those who have some experience with salsa dancing and are looking to further develop their skills.

• Advanced Salsa: This class is designed for those who have a strong grasp of the basics and are looking to take their dancing to the next level.

• Private Lessons: We also offer private lessons for those who are looking for one-on-one instruction.

• Group Classes: We offer group classes for those who are looking to learn in a fun and social atmosphere.

At Afinke Dance Company, we are proud to have a team of highly experienced and passionate instructors. Our instructors have a wide range of experience in salsa dancing, and are dedicated to helping our students reach their full potential. Our instructors are also committed to creating an environment of acceptance and understanding, and to fostering a sense of community among our students.
