Introduction

Serova School of Dance is a leading dance school located in Somerville, New Jersey. We offer a wide range of dance classes for both children and adults, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, and more. Our experienced and passionate instructors are dedicated to helping our students develop their skills, foster their creativity, and become confident dancers.

History

Serova School of Dance was founded in 1989 by the late Serova Vlasova, a former professional dancer. Serova’s passion for dance was evident from a young age, and she began teaching dance classes in her hometown of Somerville. After a few years, Serova opened her own dance school, and it quickly became a popular destination for aspiring dancers and their families.

Classes and Programs

At Serova School of Dance, we offer a variety of classes and programs for all levels of dancers. Our classes are designed to help our students develop their skills and foster their creativity. We offer classes for children and adults in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, and more. We also offer a variety of performance opportunities, including our annual Nutcracker production.

Instructors

Our experienced and passionate instructors are dedicated to helping our students reach their goals. Our instructors have years of experience in the dance world and have trained with some of the world’s leading choreographers. Our instructors are committed to helping our students develop their skills and foster their creativity.

Facilities

Serova School of Dance is located in Somerville, New Jersey. Our facility is equipped with four spacious studios, dressing rooms, and a lounge area. Our studios are equipped with sprung floors, mirrors, and ballet barres. We also have a variety of props and equipment available for our students’ use.

Schedule and Contacts

Serova School of Dance is open Monday through Friday from 4-9 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM-12 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
