I had been wanting to try pole fitness for some time but was never completely comfortable with actually trying it since I'm not in the best shape. A few years ago a friend of mine wanted to try the voluptuous series and convinced me to try it with her. I was hooked from the first class!!!! Not only are the teachers amazing but the sense of community among everyone I've encountered there is comforting, uplifting and empowering. I can't recommend this place enough!!!!

I recently hosted my sister's birthday here! Vivian was so helpful throughout the entire planning process- answering all my questions and went above and beyond personalizing the experience for my sister. All the employees there were welcoming, inviting and professional. We had such a great time! They did an amazing job encouraging our group to let loose and have FUN! I can't wait to go back! Thanks again ladies!!!

Phoenix Rising is a perfect fit for me. Needing some excitement in my workout routine and finding it there was one thing, but meeting the other amazing Phoenixes (plural form?) who also happen to be down to Earth was a pleasant surprise. Great staff/instructors and very cool fellow classmates. Great prices & fun classes. I look forward to going and miss it when I can't make it.
