Northern Lights Irish Dance and Ballet Academy is a dance school located in Cadillac, Michigan. Founded in 2020, Northern Lights is dedicated to providing high-quality instruction in Irish dance, ballet, and other forms of dance. We strive to create an environment where students of all ages and abilities can learn, grow, and express themselves through dance.

Our Mission

At Northern Lights, our mission is to provide an enjoyable and safe learning environment for all our students. We strive to foster a sense of community and encourage our students to express themselves through dance. We believe that dance is an important form of expression and self-discovery, and we strive to create an atmosphere that fosters creativity and self-expression.

Our Programs

At Northern Lights, we offer a variety of classes and programs for students of all ages and abilities. Our classes range from beginner to advanced, and we offer classes for both children and adults. Our classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of Irish dance, ballet, and other forms of dance, as well as to provide an enjoyable and safe learning environment for our students.

In addition to our classes, we also offer a variety of performance opportunities for our students. We host a variety of performances throughout the year, including our annual recital. We also offer a variety of workshops and events throughout the year for our students to participate in.

Our Facilities

At Northern Lights, we are proud to offer our students a variety of facilities to enhance their learning experience. Our facility includes a large dance studio, a fitness center, a lounge area, and a dance store. Our dance studio is equipped with a full-length mirror, a sprung floor, and a variety of equipment to help our students learn and practice their dance moves. Our fitness center is equipped with a variety of cardio and strength-training equipment to help our students stay in shape. Our lounge area provides a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for our students to relax and socialize. Finally, our dance store provides our students with a variety of dance apparel, shoes, and accessories.

Our Instructors

At Northern Lights, we are proud to have a team of highly experienced and qualified instructors. Our instructors are all certified by the Royal Academy of Dance and the Irish Dance Commission, and have years of experience teaching a variety of dance styles. Our instructors are dedicated to providing our students with the highest quality instruction and creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
