For a first time trying pole this was the place to go. They were very friendly and for the beginner class kept it easy and fun. It’s a inclusive environment for all experience levels and reasons to go. Bring a bachelorette party, get a good workout, do it just to shake what your mama gave you

Liz is great! She's very good at gauging where you are and what you're capable of learning at that particular time in your journey. This is definitely the studio to go to if you're serious about learning pole and progressing. Class times fit amazingly into my schedule.

Amazing studio, they have really high ceilings incredibly sturdy poles that I feel really safe using both on static and spin. their instructors are all delightful in all very different so you get many different styles and opportunities to learn from.

I had the pleasure of dancing with Liz in an Exotic Dance/Choreography class. The space is beautiful and I was given a warm welcome to the studio. Great space for wanting to explore your own movement and for having fun.
