Our classes include pole dancing, aerial acrobatics, and contemporary dance. Our instructors are highly experienced professionals with years of experience in the field. Our Classes

At Flight Aerial & Pole Dance, we offer a variety of classes for all levels of experience. Our classes focus on technique, strength, flexibility, and performance. We also offer private lessons and workshops.

Pole Dancing

Pole dancing is a fun and challenging way to get fit. Our pole dancing classes teach a variety of moves and spins, as well as strength and flexibility. We focus on safety and proper technique, and our instructors are always available to provide individualized help and feedback.

Aerial Acrobatics

Aerial acrobatics is an exciting and challenging form of dance. Our classes focus on technique, strength, and flexibility. We use aerial silks, trapeze, and other equipment to create beautiful and dynamic movements. We also offer private lessons and workshops.

Contemporary Dance

Contemporary dance is a form of modern dance that emphasizes creativity and expression. Our classes focus on technique, improvisation, and performance. We offer classes for all levels of experience, and our instructors are always available to provide individualized help and feedback.
