Upasana Dance Studio is a school located in Berry Hill, Tennessee, dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and professional environment for learning and developing in the art of dance. Upasana Dance Studio was founded in 1985 and has been providing quality dance instruction ever since. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for all of our students to learn, grow, and have fun. We strive to provide a positive and creative atmosphere for our students to explore the world of dance and find joy in movement.

Classes and Instructors

Upasana Dance Studio offers a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels. From beginner to advanced classes, we have something for everyone. Our instructors are highly trained and experienced in their respective dance styles and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and love of dance with our students.

We offer classes in ballroom, Latin, hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, and more. We also offer private lessons for those who want to focus on a specific style or skill. Our classes are designed to be fun and engaging, while also providing a safe and professional environment for learning.

Events and Competitions

Upasana Dance Studio also hosts a variety of events and competitions throughout the year. We host an annual dance competition, which is open to all students, as well as special events with guest instructors and performances.
