Bellator Academy of Irish Dance is an absolutely wonderful Irish Dance school. Chelsea creates an environment which allows each student to set goals / stretch goals and then creates a structure that enables success. She expects students to support one another, and does not allow drama (thankfully). Hard work is the norm, as it is key to success. Chelsea truly cares about her dancers. She is a great role model, teacher, choreographer. and more. It is not wonder the dancers are eager to be there!

In the time that we have been at Bellator, I have been blown away by the commitment of the teachers and students to communication, driving to understand goals and work hard to reach those goals. The improvement in skill and confidence has been wonderful to watch. It has also been a wonderful community of positive, inclusive and uplifting families to join. Such a wonderful openness to seeing everyone grow and succeed!

Chelsea and Sam are amazing! Not only have they helped my girls with their dance skills, but also have greatly increased their self-confidence and self-esteem. Additionally, as a nurse working in covid times I feel very comfortable and confident in the precautions the school is taking to keep everyone safe. Overall, I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else…this is not just a dance school, it’s a second family.

When our 4 year old son started with the summer sampler he was hooked on Irish dancing. Ms Chelsea and Ms Sam provide great inspiration for our son and encourage him to grow and flourish. He has now taken 1st and 2nd place in 2 different competitions and continues to thrive with Bellator. The teachers and the parents encourage all the dancers to find the ability to do their very best.
