The Tacoma Arthur Murray Studio's staff has proven to be the best, in my opinion. They are talented professionals; they are friendly and they are approachable. Their dancing abilities, their attributes and dancing skills hooked me and the students appear to absorb them. Going to “The Studio” is like going to a second home.I originally thought I’d take dance lesson for about 6 months, maybe. Five years later (including COVID CRISIS period), I still take lessons.

I made the best decision for myself when I chose to start dance lessons at Arthur Murray in Tacoma. With humor and hard work the teachers help us all reach our highest potenial. I am very grateful for their support and highly recommend for newcomers with dancing goals ranging anywhere from the most humble to ridiculously adventurous.

The instructors are simply the best!! I have taken lessons from many dance studios in Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Seattle, and Renton, and I enjoyed all of those lessons; but here at Tacoma Arthur Murray, the instructors are great communicators and you can feel their passion not just for dancing… they love teaching as well!

Ty gave us an excellent intro to the waltz in preparation for our first dance. He explained and demonstrated the steps well, and was so patient with us beginners! He was also flexible about working with our limited schedule. Thanks for a great lesson, Ty! We'll definitely be returning!
