Connick-Reid Academy was founded in 2004 by two of the most respected names in the dance world, John Connick and Shanna Reid. John Connick is a two-time World Champion Latin dancer and has been a professional dancer for over 25 years. He is also a world-renowned choreographer and teacher, having taught at some of the most prestigious dance schools in the world. Shanna Reid is a three-time World Champion Latin dancer and has been a professional dancer for over 20 years. She is also a highly sought-after choreographer and teacher, having taught at some of the most prestigious dance schools in the world.

Group Classes

Group classes are designed to give students the opportunity to learn the basics of various dance styles in a fun and supportive environment. Our group classes are taught by experienced instructors and focus on technique, style, and performance.

Our instructors are experienced in a variety of dance styles and are highly knowledgeable about the competition process. Connick-Reid Academy offers students the opportunity to perform in various showcases and competitions. Our instructors are experienced in a variety of dance styles and are highly knowledgeable about the performance process. Facilities

Connick-Reid Academy is located in Ludmila European Music and Art Academy in Cornelius, North Carolina. Our facility is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art dance studio, complete with sprung floors, mirrors, and sound systems. We also have a comfortable waiting area for parents and a fully stocked snack bar.

Schedule and Contacts

Connick-Reid Academy is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
