Charlotte Performing Arts Academy (CPAA) is a premier dance school, dance company, and performing arts group located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 1999, CPAA strives to provide the highest quality of dance instruction for all ages and levels of experience. Our mission is to promote the art of dance and to provide a safe and encouraging environment for our students to learn, grow, and excel.

Our Services

At CPAA, we offer a variety of services to meet the needs of our students. Our classes include ballet, jazz, tap, modern, hip-hop, and contemporary dance for all ages and levels of experience. We also offer private lessons, group classes, workshops, and summer intensives for those who want to take their dance training to the next level. We also have a performance company for our more advanced dancers who are looking to take their talent to the stage.

Our Faculty

Our faculty consists of highly trained and experienced professionals who are passionate about teaching dance. Our instructors are certified in their respective disciplines and have years of experience in teaching, performing, and choreographing. Our faculty is committed to providing a safe and encouraging environment for our students to learn and grow.

Our Facilities

CPAA is located in a state-of-the-art facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. Our facility includes four spacious studios, equipped with the latest technology and amenities. We also have a full-service lobby with a reception desk, a lounge area, and a snack bar. Our facility is designed to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our students to learn and grow.

We strive to create an environment that is safe, encouraging, and inspiring for our students. We are committed to providing our students with the tools and resources they need to reach their full potential as dancers.

Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 2–7 PM. We are closed on weekends.
