Founded in 2019, the school offers a wide range of classes and activities, from beginner to advanced, in a variety of dance styles. Whether you’re looking to learn a new skill or brush up on your technique, Iowa City Dance and Wellness has something for everyone.

About Us

At Iowa City Dance and Wellness, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy and freedom of dance. We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all students, regardless of experience or ability. Our instructors are highly experienced and passionate about teaching, and they strive to ensure that each student is challenged and supported in their learning.

We provide a variety of classes and activities, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and social dance. We also offer special classes for children and adults with special needs, as well as workshops and classes in wellness and nutrition. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all of our students.

Our Instructors

Our instructors have a wide range of experience, from professional dancers to recreational dancers, and they strive to ensure that each student is challenged and supported in their learning.
