The Pennsylvania Classical Ballet Academy (PCBA) is a professional dance school located in Northampton, Pennsylvania. Founded in 2006, PCBA offers classes in classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, and other forms of dance. The Academy is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and rigorous training program for aspiring dancers of all ages.

History

The Pennsylvania Classical Ballet Academy was founded in 2006 by Artistic Director, Jennifer K. Smith. Ms. Smith is a former professional dancer and has been teaching and choreographing for over 25 years. PCBA is dedicated to providing a comprehensive and rigorous training program for aspiring dancers of all ages. The Academy is committed to the highest standards of excellence in dance education and performance.

Programs and Classes

The Pennsylvania Classical Ballet Academy offers a variety of classes and programs for dancers of all ages and levels. PCBA provides classes in classical ballet, contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, and other forms of dance. The Academy also offers a variety of workshops and special events throughout the year.

The Pennsylvania Classical Ballet Academy is staffed by a team of highly trained and experienced instructors. All of the instructors are passionate about dance and dedicated to providing the highest quality of instruction. The faculty is comprised of professional dancers and choreographers who have extensive experience in the field of dance.

The Pennsylvania Classical Ballet Academy offers a variety of performance opportunities for its students. The Academy participates in numerous dance festivals and competitions throughout the year. PCBA also presents two full-length productions each year.
