Have been attending adult classes for several years now. The instructors are great, and always willing to help modify exercises for those who need to do so. . Students in the class are at different levels of experience and ability, but the atmosphere is one of encouragement, not competition. These classes are "real" classical ballet classes, with a good mix of barre and center work.. Even someone like me (over 60 and overweight) can participate- and it is a great whole body workout.

The Ballet Center of Houston is an incredible facility who takes care to ensure that every dancer that enters their training program learns correct ballet language and proper technique. If you were interested in bringing your son or daughter here, stop reading this review and call now! This is the best place to be. An amazing staff that genuinely cared for their students and their progress is worth its weight in gold.

My daughter and I love this school! She is really inspired by her teachers Ms Christy and Ms Barbara to become a professional ballerina. These teachers are as professionals as they can be. The opportunity that they offer to the children to be involved in such a professional performance are a blessing. We are so blessed to be part of this ballet school. I highly recommend it if you think ballet is art.

Went to see The Nutcracker…AWESOME! Hubby got us VIP tickets so we had a nice glass of wine and a small snack during intercession. After the ballet we got to meet the talented dancers and take pictures with them. If you've never been your missing out on a wonderful experience! Be prepared to walk a lot! There is wheelchair access to everything except to going backstage..lots of stairs getting there!
