Company History

Dark Circles Contemporary Dance was founded in 2004 by two dance professionals who wanted to create a space for contemporary dance in Las Cruces. Since then, the company has grown to become one of the leading contemporary dance companies in the Southwest. The company has performed at venues throughout the region, including the Santa Fe Opera House, the Lensic Performing Arts Center, and the Las Cruces Convention Center. The company has also been featured in numerous festivals, including the Las Cruces International Dance Festival and the Santa Fe Dance Festival.
