Yuma Ballet Academy was founded in 1989 by former professional dancer, Marla K. Tilton. Marla has been dancing since she was a young girl and has extensive experience in the field of ballet, having studied and performed with the Royal Ballet in London, the San Francisco Ballet, and the American Ballet Theatre. She has also taught at several renowned ballet schools in the USA.

In 1989, Marla opened Yuma Ballet Academy with the mission of providing a comprehensive ballet education to students of all ages and skill levels. Since then, the school has grown to become one of the most respected and renowned ballet schools in the United States.

Programs

Yuma Ballet Academy offers a variety of classes for students of all ages and skill levels. The school offers classes for children as young as three years old, as well as classes for adults. The school also offers classes in jazz, tap, and modern dance.
