I’m a huge fan of good merchandising and great service – those go a long way in my book when I’m shopping. The Bloomingdale's in Soho has these qualities, which make for a really fantastic shopping experience. The merchandise is a little more elevated than the Bloomies in out on the west coast, so if hard to find designer good is your sartorial thing, you're in luck. This is great place to get gifts and sometimes you'll get a little something for yourself too!

Amazing customer service!! My boyfriend and I went there and were in the fragrance section and we were taken care of by Cody and Kathy (Kathleen). They were both so helpful so knowledgeable it was a great experience. Neither one tried to push for us to spend our money but instead they really worked to help us find the fragrances we loved. We did get the Creed and Baccarat and I can’t thank them enough! We’ll definitely be going back thanks to them!!!

Although Bloomingdales expensive, they have great departments. Usually when i get paid i would go to their shoe department and i feel like i am in heaven. Their is something for everyone in Bloomingdales. The staff at the soho location are very friendly and opened to help. I have purchased a few make up products and i can say i am absolutely satisfied. I prize isn't and issue for you, i will recommend you pay the store a visiti.

WOW. I had a wedding that I procrastinated shopping for… Ashanti upstairs hooked it up and held my dress despite issues with their system not taking a credit card. She called me the next day to tell me that the system was back up and I could get my dress. Then Ibrahima in alterations did an amazing job and finished my dress within 24 hours! I am blown away by the customer service… THANK YOU BLOOMIES!
