Culver City Youth Ballet is a premier dance school located in Los Angeles, California. Founded in 2004, the school offers a wide range of dance classes for students of all ages and abilities. With its strong focus on classical ballet, the school has become a leader in the Los Angeles dance community.

Mission

Culver City Youth Ballet’s mission is to provide a nurturing and creative environment for all students to explore the art of dance. We strive to inspire a love of dance and to promote the physical, emotional, and spiritual growth of each student.

Classes and Programs

Culver City Youth Ballet offers a variety of classes for students of all ages and abilities. Our classes are designed to cultivate each student’s individual strengths and help them reach their highest potential.

Classes include:

• Pre-Ballet: For students ages 3-5, this class introduces basic ballet steps and terminology.
• Ballet: Our ballet classes focus on proper technique and form while introducing more complex steps and combinations.
• Pointe: For more advanced students, pointe classes focus on strengthening and improving technique.
• Jazz: Jazz classes combine classical technique with more modern movements and styles.
• Hip-Hop: Hip-hop classes are designed to teach students the basics of hip-hop dance and choreography.
• Tap: Tap classes focus on rhythm and timing while teaching students the basics of tap dance.
• Contemporary: Contemporary classes are designed to help students explore their own creativity and express themselves through movement.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer private lessons and summer intensives for students who wish to further their dance training.

Faculty

Culver City Youth Ballet is proud to have a faculty of highly experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Our instructors have extensive experience in the dance world and are dedicated to helping each student reach their fullest potential.

Facilities

Culver City Youth Ballet is located in a spacious and modern facility. Our facility is equipped with a full-size dance studio, a dressing room, and a viewing area for parents and family members.
