My daughter has been with AOD since she was 4. She is now with the AOD competition team, coached by the best, competing with the best in regional and national events. She loves the experience; going to dance is the one thing she wishes to do every single day. AOD staff is professional and phenomenal. The kids are having fun and getting rigorous professional training. This is the place to be if any child (any age >4) would like to learn dance, either professionally or just recreationally.

In 2018 we were on the hunt to find something for our daughter to do, outside of school, in a positive environment. We walked into the Yorktown studio for information. They were so friendly and helpful. This experience has been life changing for us, as our daughter was dealing with bullying at school. It’s so encouraging to see such a positive atmosphere, teacher who have a passion for teaching and students who really love being there. We are so thankful for AOD everyday!

This was our first year at the Acadamey of Dance and Gymnastics in Yorktown. We have loved it all so much the teachers are so knowledgeable and fantastic. Our daughter had learned so much in 9 months its unbelievable. The Christmas recital and end of the year recital are amazing and put together so beautifully! Thank you for all of the great things that you have taught my daughter! We will see you next year! 😀

This was my grand-daughter’s first year with the Academy of Dance. This place is awesome!!!! The teacher’s were very patient and excellent in improving her skill level. I am still in awe about “The Greatest Show” performance. I had the opportunity to see “Hamilton” in NY. I am most certainly sure I will see some of the performers on Broadway in the future. Keep up the great work!
