I had fun trying out the intro to Liquid Motion class. For being a virtual, yet movement-oriented class, I thought she did an incredible job giving clear explanations, showing things on multiple sides and angles, and answering any questions I had. Great place to start as a beginner! I loved that it was a mix of "follow along" as well as "play with it" and find your own expression. 🙂

Teri is an amazing instructor who will turn you into a liquid goddess in no time! Her classes helped me win a category in the pole competition i participated in, giving me the confidence to put floorwork into my piece and have it flow together almost flawlessly. I absolutely feel like you should take her classes if you want to improve your fluidity and creativity. ❤❤

I love taking Liquid Motion classes with Teri, she has the knack of explaining things for those of us directionally challenged and has an amazing array of modifications for my broken body. I am constantly stunned by what I can do and how much better my back feels after class I can highly recommend these classes and am so grateful for them.
