I have been dancing with KSDC for 13 years. Let me tell you about this amazingly talented and fun group of women! I was so lucky to find them! Classes offered during the week, rehearsals on sundays, chances to perform! You can take advantage of as much or as little of the program as YOU want. So much flexibility. If you're a former dancer, graduating dancer, or looking to add more dance to your life this is an AMAZING option! Sundays are for the GIRLS! Come dance with us!

I was anxious about picking up dance again after taking a few years off but after my first day I knew I had made the right choice! The positive atmosphere and friendly dancers made me feel right at home and I love being part of a group that loves dancing as much as I do! Lauren is really passionate about the studio and the company, which makes such a difference in rehearsals and classes. I cannot day enough great things about Lauren and Kinetic Synergy!

It’s been my home away from home since I graduated college back in 2015! I love how it allows adults to access dance and fitness classes in between breaks for school as well as during the summer. It’s allowed me to continue to work on my technique as well as having the opportunity to perform around the Boston area. If your looking for a place to better yourself with amazing people then I would highly recommend this studio!

Having been going classes 2-4 times a week here and absolutely love it. Both Lauren and Ali are very welcoming and teach great classes. There is plenty of room to social distance which is great right now. They often have specials for passes that you should definitely take advantage of and the one time only new member unlimited classes for a month is an amazing deal. Check this place out as soon as you can.
