DLS Dance Studio is a premier dance school located in Galveston, Texas. Founded in 1987, DLS Dance Studio has been providing quality instruction in a wide variety of dance styles for over 30 years. Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and inspiring learning environment for students of all ages and abilities. We offer classes in Ballet, Hip-Hop, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Latin, Ballroom, and more. Our highly-trained instructors are committed to helping our students reach their goals and develop a lifelong appreciation for the art of dance.

Our History

DLS Dance Studio was founded in 1987 by two passionate dancers, Donna and Larry Smith. After years of teaching and performing, they decided to open their own studio in Galveston, Texas. Since then, DLS Dance Studio has become a staple of the Galveston dance community. We have grown to become one of the most respected and sought-after dance schools in the area.

Our Facilities and Programs

At DLS Dance Studio, we offer a wide range of classes and programs for all levels of dancers. Our facility is fully equipped with the latest in dance equipment and technology. We have four spacious studios with sprung floors, full-length mirrors, and state-of-the-art sound systems. Our classes are designed to be fun and engaging, while also teaching proper technique and form.
